SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING: A flat shipping charge of INR 200 is applicable pan India. Free shipping on order value above INR 2000. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional charge of INR 150.
TRACK YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order.
DELIVERY: If the items you have order are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. If the items fall under ‘made to order’, we will be able to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days. If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us. Charges may be applicable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS : There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don’t work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you. If you’d like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at orders@whysobluelove.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline, as most of our pieces are made to order. Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email. Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return. Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale. Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email
